what comand do i needto get it to show up i know hte mod is working if i make a new save it show up

Circuit network is allready unlock since i was using it for oill and for ltn before i add the mod i can see the combintory in corcuit network research but they woint show up

It unlocks for me in any game with circuit network already researched.
Maybe some other mod is resetting techs for me.
