I found the way to make drills work, it does not solve the bug, but that's a way around it.
All drills work when pipe is 100% full of quicksilver. When it drops below 100% , even if it is 99.9% eventually all drills come to stop.
I hope it helps to find what causes it now.

I think that it depends from the game: if you're looking at the FF, you'll see that they're working on a new fluid dynamic 'cause the normal one is getting obsolete.
Does it do the same if you transfer the quicksilver from a mining drill to another?

Yes they stop anyway. It looks like even if I use the pump to feed the pipes, so that they are always full, the pump shows 200 of fluid, few pipes next to it shows 100, but three tiles further the pipes shows 99.9, and that is enough for drills to stop working after they mine the batch of randomyte (10 units).
Why the pipes won't hold 100 instead of 99.9 is a mystery. As you said something to do with the fluid system.
So what I do, I build the pump within 2 tiles from first drill, and it works fine, no matter how many drills are connected in line.

Some mods require that you feed the miner directly with a pump. Although I’ve not progressed enough in the Dp77 mod set to worry about mining Randomite, so I’m not really sure how annoying it would be, you might want to consider feeding them directly with a pump.

Its an idea, anyway.

Try to transfer the quicksilver by connecting mining drills, i always do it in this way.

I have a problem with your mod ( Better Inserters ) mod.
I tried for hours looking for the official forum post for this mod, and I just gave up.
So I will post the problem here since this is the only place I could find with your name & a mod attached to it.

The mod Im having a problem with is ( Better Inserts Mod )
It seems to crash the game every time I place a inserter on the ground.
This is the crash I get.

I'm working only, for now, only on Fp mods (and "working" them is a big word: you see i've not done nothing for a long time D: :!: ), so these ones are temporally deprecated (i'll put these mods in the deprecated list, 'cause i see some people aren't understanding this message). :?

I've not seen you for a long time, i'm sorry for that, but there's a why obviously.

First of all the school is getting more interesting (in paticular science, phisics and informatics)... But more harder than the previous year, be sure!
I've restarted play basketball and some things that in the summer holidays I did not do, so this is the main cause.

Second thing: i've not had ideas for my mods for a while… But, at the end…

And here's a list of things i'll do, in order:
_Change Bio-Labs textures (very old and without animation);
_Power up the Bio-Expansion, wich, i see, is the Fp mod with less downloads;
_Add description for all my intermediates, 'cause my mods are very complex and descriptions could become useful;
_Dedicate to Omega Amethyst tech chain, products, etc, expanding, so, the middle-game and late-game. (Tell me here if the late game is getting too long with my mods: i don't want it to become boring, though my mods are thought for expand it).
Hope you'll stay updated: We've reached 100k downloads. :D :D :D :D
