[0.10.3] deconstructing tool usage

I used the deconstrucktion tool to dismantel a few assembling machines. Then technology window poped up while I defined the area. I choose a new technology to research and in that time the tool folowed my cursor and I deconstruct a almost my intire factory. Fortunately I load the world a few minuts ago from a save game.
Summarized: The deconstruction is still defining the area when the technology window pop up and when you close it you deconstruct. If you want or not and things that you don't want.
My Idea to fix it simply cancel the deconstruction process.
