[0.10.3] Bots don't take items from Active Provider Chest
My robots don't want to take items from Active Provider Chest after depleted. When I place APC and inserters start putting items, bots take that items and put in storage chests. But when they take all items APC start working like Passive Provider Chest. Inserter are still put in items into them, but robots don't want to take them and transport into storage. When I replace APC with PPC and again with APC, bot start taking items but when take all, problem appear again.

Same as in the linked topic, solved for 0.10.4 (most probably)
