-Tried playing on OSX but, the very low setting was too low for me to deal with and the low setting was too much for my mac
-Launched Factorio on Windows 10 via boot camp, runs fine on normal until the GUI starts freaking out. Check the video for a video of what's happening. Recording actually worsened the effects. Also if I sit on the inventory screen eventually it goes away until I move again. I at first thought this was a driver issue however, I tried drivers that were years apart and the issue persisted, then again Im not an expert so that's why Im on here. Btw it's a MacBook Pro 2010 13' with 8GB ram and the GPU is nvidia 320m I believe. Thank you.

EDIT: The stuff that is placed in world does not get affected by this glitching/tearing issue when I am not recording. Just the GUI and stuff in it.
Weird GUI glitches/tearing
Re: Weird GUI glitches/tearing
Also factorio has a native OSX version. I'd try that rather than use bootcamp.

It sounds like he tried that.Zavian wrote:Also factorio has a native OSX version. I'd try that rather than use bootcamp.
It looks like you've simply gone beyond why your mac can handle (is it an older one)? Is there a settings somewhere along the lines of "video memory usage"? What happens if you set that to something like low?
