A commad to shutdown the server program in the game world

It's easy to build a public factorio server with server edition provided by you, but hard to shutdown it inside game world. Could you please add a command bring admin ability to do that?

[Koub] Moved to Ideas and Suggestions. Multiplayer subforum is more there to find player who want to multi and look for mates.
