Hi
I just hate the way the personal robots handle when they are out of battery. It really feels un-realistic
They use to go "slow speed" and trying to follow you whereever you are (even if you are way away from them).
Would it be an option to let the robot "fall" and stay on the ground (as a normal item on the ground) when they are out of battery ?
I'm not expecting them to go back on fly when you are back, no. Just stay on the ground until the player/another robot catch them.
I would think it more realistic

they used to just die. The current method was done because people were complaining that they disappeared.

That is a horrible idea. You would loose all your bots all over the map when you drive around in a train. And good luck finding where the bot dropped.
Only option would be to deconstruct all bots on ground every 5 minutes to get them back.
