When using the assembly machine to assemble the conveyor belt, the assembly machine automatically opens the input port of the lubricant, but now the input and output ports of my assembly machine no longer appear, and some items cannot be assembled.

I updated the mod and deleted the mod. When I entered the game, I found that the input and output ports of my assembly machine were gone.

All types of assembly machines are not visible at the input and output ports, including liquefied assembly machines.

Well, that's clearly a modded version of the game so not sure what those assemblers are supposed to be building. However, I assume you are saying they should have something like this assembly machine does for the lubricant:
