Personal Roboport Issues

Ok, so I'm fairly new to this game, and this will be my first post. I'm having issues with my personal roboport.
Here's my condition:

I have 5 construction bots in my inventory
I have a fully charged roboport (that I inserted into the armor)
I have full battery

For some reason, my bots won't do anything.

I can't guarantee (because I don't have a Mac) but it looks like it should be ~/Library/Application Support/factorio .
