[useful combinators]0.16.51 - Error while running event

Sometime after the 0.16.51 update, some problems appeared in Useful Combinators and Nixie mods:
1. delete a 'WiFi' combinator crashes with message: Error while running event UsefulCombinators::on_player_mined_entity(ID 65)
__UsefulCombinators__/control.lua:2213; bad argument #1 to 'ipairs' (table expected, got nil)
2. some Nixie tube counters are not updating (others do; not sure what is difference between those that do and those that don't)
3. when deleting a non-working Nixie tube, crashes with message: Error while running event nixie-tubes::on_player_mined_entity(ID 11)
__nixie-tubes__/control.lua:10; bad argument #1 to 'ipairs' (table expected, got nil)
4. if the combinators aren't deleted, the game plays OK, new Nixie can be added work alright and can be deleted without a crash

Factorio log attached, savefile available if needed. Let me know if there is anything else needed.
