I used a mod called Double Speed Belts to make the Ultimate Transport Belts from Bob's mods run at 213.33 items/second. When I tried to put items on the belt with an item that fully saturates belts, it only looks half saturated for some reason. I didn't have the same behavior with the belts one tier lower, so it must be something about this really high speed that is screwing things up here.

The first image is me simply hooking up a matter source to a matter void, with the result looking half compressed and half uncompressed. In the second and third images, I hooked up two matter sources together to see if it just wasn't outputting fast enough, but there is a bit of an artifact if you break and replace a section of belt. It quickly fades and looks fully compressed again, but something is still not right here.
I have attached my log, an archive containing all the mods I used, and the save I used in order to make recreating this as easy as possible. You can reconfigure the belt speeds through the startup options of Double Speed Belts, if that helps at all.

You might want to take this up with the mod authors.
There are 10 types of people: those who get this joke and those who don't.

I believe, that half a tile per tick is most probably the current limit of the belt implementation.
This means 30 ticks per second, which means 30 m/s which means almost 100km/h. I believe that it is reasonably big limit for a transport belt isn't it?
