[0.16.49] Modules dont transfere Effects right

Hey,

I played around with Bobs Mods and than I saw that my Crusher doesnt get the Speed Effect from the God Modules inside of Beacons, but when I place Beacons with normal Speed Modules it gets the Speed.
Rseding sayed in Discord it should give the Speed Bonus, but not the Productivity Bonus.

Here are some Pictures:

The Grey Modules are the God Modules with following Effects:
Energy Consumption: -40%
Speed: +80%
Productivity: +20%
Pollution: -60%
And the Cyan Modules are Raw Speed Modules with following Effect:
Speed: +100%

The Beacons have a Distribution Efficiency of 1.

And yes they work, I tested it with other Machines.

Thanks for the report however that's currently working as intended. If a module has any effect the destination can't accept the entire module is rejected from having any effect.
