When pulling from a fully compressed blue belt stack inserters are slightly slower when pulling down from a Right to Left belt.

This is not a bug, inserter need to move to the item to pick it up this takes time depending on the items movement.

In all other orientations throughput is exactly the same. While this throughput variation is small enough to not matter, there is no logical reason for 1 out of 8 orientantions to behave differently.
