[0.16.41] Please allow us to mine vehicle while being inside

After report viewtopic.php?f=11&t=55354 players can't anymore mine vehicle and tank while sitting inside. May I humbly suggest reverting this change, that is make it so that player can mine vehicle and tank when they are stopped and player is inside.

Currently players have to press enter key, which is equally far away from WASD and mouse (both are used during driving vehicle). Since vehicles are used often in mid-game (at least by some players) then it is not convenient to make this addtional action (pressing enter) every time you use vehicle (because it is common to destroy vehicle after using it in order to not lose it). You mentioned in FFF-212 that it would be nice if "there will be a game option to automatically add some fuel from the player inventory when building vehicles ". Allow player to destroy vehicle while being inside is the same useful feature, which make better user experience in driving vehicle.
