2 new trains - Diesel and Electric

Diesel train - runs on petroleum (crude, heavy, light, or gas which is pumped into the engine section.
Electric train - runs on battery power. Recharges when it passes over or stops on an electrified rail section.

For the diesel different fuels would give different speed bonuses, with crude being slowest. Perhaps give gas the highest speed, but lowest acceleration, heavy oil the best acceleration but low speed (still faster than crude) and light oil somewhere in between.

Electric train has the best acceleration and top speed, but limited range (batteries run out quickly). Can be upgraded with solar panels or batteries (player armor versions)

I'm just left wondering why people want this so much. I mean in a game like transport tycoon it makes sense because it is part of the challenge to keep your fleet maintained and upgraded, but in this game I don't see any benefit.

Because I have a train fetish. I've always loved trains. I still remember watching "Thomas the Tank engine and friends, as narrated by Ringo Starr" back in the late 80s. I remember other cartoons too, but remember TTT the most.
