Got a crash while connecting to a server. Looks like ticks out of order? Here the log and dump.

Great to hear, although describing my connection as "poor" is pushing it. I don't regard a 100Mbps connection as "poor".

You can have 10,000Mbps bandwidth and still have a poor connection.

Bandwidth is not connection quality (routing tables, ping times, bad dns, etc)
So in this case I'm assuming the quality of the connection is poor, and not your overall promised bandwidth.
