Rail Chain Signal stuck red

After a section of track with a train on it that was causing the signal to turn red is removed, the signal remains red.

Severity - annoying but potentially game stopping until fixed
Repeatable - Yes. Place a section of track (liek a 4 way). on one of the exits place a chain signal . Make sur eit is green. now place a train ont eh track after it so it turns red. Delete a piece of track between trhe train and the signal, then rtemove the train from teh track. The signal will remain red.

Workaround - Remove and replace the chain signal.

Can not reproduce, post the save or a screenshot of the setup that causes the issue please.

Also say the version of the game.
But the signal problems are being worked on these days, this will likely get fixed very soon.

Edit: I can confirm the Bug - if the chain signal is placed on the second position of the rail segment.
