[0.16.36]Cannot shift copy from iron/steel to Provider chest

I cannot copy the blocking settings of the normal chest to any logistic chest.
*Edit, other way round does not work either

Was always possible, and i did not find anybody other talking about that. At least with my limited google-foo.

put a savegame with my factory and four chest right there for reproduction.
I only use some QoL mods
