There's a small area between the crude pipe, and the water pipe. If you approach the open area at an angle and keep moving, you can glitch into the empty space between the horizontal crude pipe, and the underground water pipe.
At that point you can't get out anymore, without demolishing one of the pipes around you.
Sometimes it takes a few back and forths to glitch in, but about half the times I tried it it worked.
