LuaEquipment.locked [RW]

Equipment grid looks like a good way to add extra capabilities to vehicles, but player has all the control over it.
Ability to lock particular equipment on grid will be useful.

That's outside the realm of what equipment grids are designed for.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

What about locking/hiding the whole grid? That might be useful to have e.g. a car with a built-in self powered high-range roboport which currently is unfeasible because the player could just steal the (lorewise) car-mounted equipment and stick it somewhere else.

Well, that can be beyond the original idea. But if it is not hard to implemet, locked equipment might expand concept widely.

This was my first thought, but per-item locks are much more flexible.
For example they will allow to emulate "build-in" power generation from vehicle engine or just block space to get non-rectangular grid.
