[0.16.31] Crash when game is starting/loading/booting

After upgrading to Factorio 0.16.31 from 16.30 game crashes somewhere around loading prototypes. Log attached.

Can you please upload your mods folder? The entire thing with the mods and the 2 .json files.

One of the mod settings one of the mods you're using doesn't save/load correctly and as a result the value changes slightly every time it goes through memory -> JSON -> memory.

I will try as soon as possible, it's big zip file. I will try again as I updated the mods after reverting to 16.30 (proxy finally does not interfere).

Sorry it's 100MB with all the mods. I'd need to delete the ones I am not using. I will try to find out which one is causing the issue tomorrow. I added two files requested.

As far as I can tell I have the same issue; I've attached my mods folder and logs to see if that helps.

Thanks for the files. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.

Was that a mod issue or Factorio issue? I assume we should revert to 0.16.30?
