PVP Scenarios - Radars see Landmines Toggle

TL;DR

Add a toggle for the ability for players to be able to see other teams' landmines.

What ?

Add a toggle either in the PVP Scenario options or server options which allows radars to see opposing team's landmines in PVP Scenarios.

Why ?

Example here. After the invasion at 1h50m, competitors from Team A dropped hundreds of mines in the Team B base and left. As a result, Team B continually respawned and died 50-70 times without the ability to see and dispose of the mines, such that, respawn-mine explosion-death cycle because the fastest way to dispose of the mines. This change would give teams the ability to clean up their own base without using a respawn function.
