[0.15.40] internal achievements not working

Hi,
My bug started occurring yesterday, not sure what has caused it to happen but I do not receive in-game achievements whilst other members on the game with me do.
For example I should have got the factorio express achievement for the 1.0k track tile route plan on one train and it will not trigger it in steam nor on the in-game achievement list. A couple of them did Trigger when I reloaded like the chip production per minute achievement but nothing else.

Please advice of anything I can do to solve this or give you more information
