Start without mods

Hi,
got a problem. I downloaded a mod and after that the game start new. So far so good but the mod get the game crash during start so as i can't find the mod and delet it in my system i think about a way to tell the game to start vanilla so i can delet the mod when the game is started. But i don't know how to do this
I tryed to reinstall the game but the error is still there.
I looked in my steamfolder on my system but i can only find 1 modfolder from the only other game i have installed.

i read this first and looked at the recommended folder but my Factorio folder got only 3 folder in it:
bin
data
doc-html
and a config-path.cfg

thats it. I was looking in other folders outside but couldn't find anything.
I installed everything over the ingameservice and as i don't change it when i click back the game starts new with all the new mods active. Allways wonted to change it but...

The game starts till it says croping bitmaps then this window apear and tell me
Path_DonnysEvolution_/graphics/icons/db_cat.png does not match any enabled mod.

Found a config file under userdata remote but there is no line for disbeling mods during start. I only could tell the system not to activate new mods emidietly. I also found the number steam gives to this game but the folders are empty.

I've got no problem to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall it, but after uninstalling i must delet the modfolder and the savegames etc. and as i don't know where to look for them....

Is it a possibility to uninstall both games and steam completely and start all over new?

i finaly found a way around. Just go back to Vers. 0.15 and all Mods from 0.16 aren't working. Delete the mod and go back to 0.16.
