Status indicator for train wait conditions

TL;DR
It's sometimes difficult to work out which wait condition(s) is preventing a train from going.
What ?
In the list of wait conditions, place an status icon next to each condition to show if it's been met or not.

Why ?
This would allow the player to see at a glance why a train is not going.
It's 01:15am, the accumulators hold less than 1MJ and the laser turrets are drawing 1500MW.
