Mod to make Everything Hand-Craftable
was looking around, saw a lot of mods that make hand crafting impossible, but none to do the reverse

Pretty much everything that can be crafted already is hand craftable, there's only a few exceptions like engine units that isn't for some reason.
The reason why you can't craft a lot of things is because they contain fluids, and you can't hold fluids.

But i think the main reason is that most people enjoy the automation aspect of factorio, and not the hand crafting aspect. So they make mods to get more of what they like.
