The new text limit is too prohibitive. I like to add some comments or tips to blueprint names, like expected inputs, output rate, potential flaws/warnings, combinator settings help, credit to people, and other tags to for filtering the blueprint library.
Before 0.16 I even had a few empty blueprints just for ideas. Now it's very limited and I'm not sure if that was necessary.
Can we please change it back (including line-wrapping in tooltips) or at least increase the limit to something like 100?

I still like my clipboard idea for this -- though I'm certain I can't have been the the first to come up with it, my searches didn't find a request. I get good use out of customizing the blueprint icons to help id what I'm after in a book quickly, but yeah, sometimes I just want to leave myself a note.

Rather than adding it to the name, wouldn't it make more sense to have a "Description" field on the blueprint?

I changed the limit back to 200 for the next version of 0.16. Limiting it to 45 characters was the wrong "fix" to a GUI bug.
