Inconsistent naming of water pump

The screenshot shows the problem: It says "Water well pump" on the right and "Offshore pump" in the configuration window.

That's not a bug. It is an Easter egg that occurs when you landfill over a offshore pump. It is working as intended.

I believe the point is that they should both show as a well.

I read it as that both should be offshore pump. I'm not sure that is a bug since the well is still an offshore pump but that isn't expected behavior.
