[0.11.18] Can't change size of map and charts don't work outside of them

Hey i've been working on a extension to a custom map, and i increased the size by adding grass tiles above and below the old height of the map

However when i open the map in the game mode the map is not charted above or below the old edges of the map.

Im not sure if its some part of the old info on the blueprint.dat file, i cant find a way to change the map height info from the map editor

That is the limitation of the engine currently, the mapping algorithm ignores stuff behind the edge of the map and the edge can't be changed now.

I'm moving it to minor issues.

Map height and width can be runtime adjusted now, so probably no longer a problem to be fixed
