I'm working on my first mods, which is several types of quarries.
I want to place them could only be on special tiles - for example: the developed ground ... how to prescribe the condition that certain buildings are placed only on these cells (platforms) as in fashion: Building Platform (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/building-platform)
