this is now beyond a joke

okay where to start so my friend got me this game to join him and some other mates. all good and great i was told i have to sign up to the website no problem done that. waited for the verification email didnt get it this is after hitting the resend and also waiting 24 hours. emailed support and they have not replayed or done anything to help. whats more of a piss take is the forums verification email come right away. the next problem is i can not connect to my friends game or do anything so any admins or anyone please im about to give up and get rid of the game

Hi. If you have emailed support yesterday, you should be aware that usually, in Europe, people have something called week-end, and especially that sunday is a day people don't work.

Now concerning the non-reception of your verification email, didn't the mail end-up in your spam folder ? I think that if there had been a global issue, we'd have had more posts on the forum, so I'm guessing the problem *might* be on your side.

The fact you can't connect to your friend's game might be related to the fact that you haven't been able to create yourself an account : it is needed to play multi. Once this will have been solved, you should be able to play with whoever you want .

If you still don't get an answer from the support today, try writing them again today.
