[0.16.22][Minor]Logistics item count popup display underflow

When hovering over an item in the logistics network view (opened by hitting L), the popup window displays an underflowed (e.g. 4294967282) value for items with a negative count.
Only the popup that is displayed when hovering over the item is affected.

Could not find any existing bug reports or other mentions of this.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
