I got used in Windows that I can jump between words using ctrl+left/right keys.

What are your trying to do this in? I'm fairly certain it works in the console.

Please also ensure that Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right works with selecting words.

And Ctrl+Backspace for deleting a whole word.

The changelog for 0.16.24 says this is fixed. Or is there more work to do before moving it to resolved?

Thanks for the fix, now Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End are still missing (moves to a start or end of the whole multiline text).
