[15.4] public server list set ip?

[15.4] public server list set ip?

so im having problems with my factorio server

I added a second ipv6 ip to my server and used LinuxGSM to bind the factorio server to the ip,
I also have the url factorio.98seaturtles.net dns to that ip

but factorio server setting for the public listing doesent have an option for IP

when I try to connect through the public server list it says I cant connect to the server but if put factorio.98seaturtles.net into the connect by ip menu then it works

how do I fix this?

Factorio determines your IP by looking at the address your server is contacting the factorio ping pong servers with, this address is 73.170.173.142, but this IP does not allow for connection to your factorio server. To fix this, make sure you contact the ping pong servers from an address that allows connection to your factorio server.

how do I tell factortio what ip to use to talk to the ping/pong servers ?

im on debian 9 btw not sure if it says that in the log already
