I don't know why, but it should work. I change inserters and it start work for current train, but when next train come, all broke again.

you have train track placed 90° from you trains track. they are blocking the inserters.
not a bug. at least i don't think it's a bug.

I might be able to "fix" the inserters so they keep looking but knowing which rail they should grab onto isn't a simple answer and the real answer is just "don't do that". So I'm going to move this to "won't fix".If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
