automatic requester chest to compressed belt contraption

See with out any automatic single combinator configuration, I could get away with 3 combinators for a buffer switch with colored light indicator and 3 more combinators for red yellow green light bulb indicating how full the buffer is. How ever after wondering how bulky it would be to make it all controlled from a single constant combinator, things got out of control.

Features:
- 2 constant combinator control
| - left houses the requested item (only 1 type in here, otherwise lights behave weird)
| - right has logic configuration
| | - yellow/green light threshold (% H)
| | - red light threshold (% L)
| | - pause output threshold (% P)
| | - chests connected (# C) how many chests we using this for
| | - buffer size per chest (# B)
- 2 light indicators
| - left: buffer current capacity red yellow green
| - right: output to belt turned on/off
| | - on: buffer is with in norm (P to B)
| | - off: buffer under (P) amount, waiting till reaches maximum (P)
- balanced redistribution, after hours of testing yeah this needed
- belt output always compressed, because stops output if out of vespine gas i mean requested items

With bob's express stack inserts just need 4 lanes to compress any chest to belt needs, how ever with vanila you need like 5 or 6, so it will be more wider with 6 chests and more splitter magic to combine all 6 lanes. So long as you set how many chests you conected to this in the constant combinator it will be fine.
