My multiplayer server had been running for a while and then I got a huge desync, affecting roughly 3/4 of players online. When I did a game.force_crc(), almost everyone desynced again. One player reports they were fast-replacing belts both times the time. After stopping and restarting the server, the problem seemed to stop, even after fast replacing belts and doing several force_crc() calls. No mods, but I was running a scenario. I peeked at the desync report and a lot of the diffs are related to transport-lines and their lengths.

Thanks for the report. There's a good chance this is fixed in the latest version of 0.16 (0.16.20 as of writing this).
