[0.10.x][cube] Technology descriptions?

Since upgrading to 0.10.0 I have noticed that the technology description text is no longer displaying. I don't see a setting to explain this. Have descriptions been phased out, am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Hi, the displayed technolgy descriptions depend on the current locale. Are you playing in english?

Yes. That was the first thing I checked. The locale listed was blank (part of the 0.10 update I believe), and I thought that might be the problem. I switched it to English and still no dice.

...at least, that's what I thought. I just tried it again to double check, and it seems to work now. Perhaps somehow it didn't save my locale settings properly the first time? I do have a habit of closing Factorio directly instead of "properly" exiting via its menus, maybe that's it? I have no idea.

There were some problems with localization in 0.10.0, it might be caused by one of them. I'm moving this to resolved, please bump this thread or open a new one if it appears again.
