[0.16.18] Desyncs new map each 5mins

me an my friend played a 60mb map Multiplayer the Map ist not playable instant desync since 0.16.18
We tryed a new map now we have desyncs 5minute rhythmus

I'm moving all desync reports prior 0.16.20 to resolved. If it still happens in 0.16.20, file a new bug report please.
