I'm using the 16.x steam beta.
Since the update 16.19, I am no longer able to right click blueprint books in the blueprint menu GUI (B). I have tried removing all mods, renaming the blueprint-storage.dat file, staring a new game, moving all my blueprints to my inventory and back and everything else I could think of. Even with a fresh blueprint-storage.dat file I cannot right click new books.
If, I revert back to version 16.18 the bluerpint-storage.dat file is automatically renamed to blueprint-storage-backup.dat and I can again right click new books, obviously all my old books are gone with the new 16.18 blueprint-storage.dat file.
I tried a fresh 16.19 book and am unable to right-click the books.

Re: Right Click BluPrint books not working 16.19
Update
I un-installed renamed the Factorio folder in %appdata% and reinstalled fresh. Even with the fresh install and a new game, when I create a new blueprint and place it in a book I am unable to right click the book.
In addition, I found that I cannot export a string from existing blueprints a books either.
This all works if I revert back to 16.18.
