I'd suggest using Dropbox, Mediafire, or just uploading this to the forums for a download. The one you're using currently is a bit suspicious, and annoying. Especially for a file so small. This is also technically a texture pack and not a mod.

Great work otherwise though!

its just a part of a modpack what i like to do, the company mod - it should be modular to avtivate/deactivate different mods.

It's interesting, but what about move all your modparts in one topic?

Mining Speed X1.5 Wood Pick: Made from a single raw wood.
Mining Speed X2.0 Stone Pickaxe: Made from a single raw wood and a single stone.
Mining Speed X2.5 Iron Pickaxe: Made two at a time with two wood (not raw) and one iron plate.
Mining Speed X3.0 Steel Pickaxe: Made from an iron plate and a steel plate.

(I'm looking at these like they are ammo now.)

I'm no good at balancing speed/power/cost with tools. So others might want to suggest better balancing.

i think wood is to weak to pick stone/iron etc - and stone pickaxe is useless i think becouse we have the woodstick if we have no pickaxe but i think a 3rd (maybe 4th) pickaxe will be usefull

Depends, I'd suggest you have a look at DytEch and see how annoyingly great the wood pickaxe start is.

It degrades nearly faster then a mining process takes, but it adds value as it is like a natural slowdown to the game.

Since you intend to create a modular larger mod I'd suggest that you keep an eye out for mods that have similar stuff, oe reason being the learning (sometimes it is interesting to see the LUA tricks used) and the other for compatibility.

Example would be the axes, basically that either you overwrite the DytTech ones or use those instead if DyTech is present.

I suggest this just for clutter reasons, because eventually I'd be able to choose from 10 different Axes
