Startup error

I downloaded the last 0.16x update of Factorio via steam. I started it up and it said there is an error and I had to post that on here.

*I'm not using any mods*. This happened every time I started up the game.

That is viewtopic.php?t=56929 , which should be fixed in 0.16.18.
