[0.16.17] Server crash heavily modded game mins after update

HEAVILY modded game. Includes Angel's, Bob's, py, and a bunch others on a Linux headless server with a few players.

Ran fine for over 23 hours on 0.16.16. Only 1 player on since the update.

After update to 0.16.17, crashed client and server within a few minutes of player join.
- Updated nicefill (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/nicefill/downloads) from 0.0.3 to 0.1.1 (since I noticed that it stated it had 0.16.17 compatiblity).

Within a few minutes, server crashed and client desync'd this time.

Before both crashes I refilled the coal in Angel's Blast Furnaces and noticed biters attacking a wall with turret protection.
