Artillery Wagon ignores cease fire

On a server with multiple forces(5 forces) the artillery wagon ignores the cease fire by automatically firing on forces that have a cease fire between them. The turrets and player gun targeting are honoring the cease fire so it is in place.

If you're on a version prior to 16.16, then it's [url=viewtopic.php?t=56360]this[url] (which was fixed in that version.
