I cannot reproduce it in my games.

I tried your save (without all your mods) and simply "cleaning" the lowest speed belt (using F) solved the problem.
I waited for a while and it didn't happen again.

I don't know if enabled mods can change that behavior, anyway.

by the way, your base is :o :o :o I just started playing a week ago (still mission 3 of campaign) and I'm very impressed :shock:

edit: close to "outpost" station you've a missing piece of track that make the roundabout not usable.

I think it's a bit to smal. I don't want to build much bigger (but a little) because my fps.
This only happens when the to copper com at the same time from the mining machines.

It is a known thing and you are not supposed to put miners on belt junctions to avoid item collisions and belt overflow.
