PvP server, how to change team

Hello everyone.

Basically, we made a PvP server so each one of us could start their own base if they want.

A new player just joined us so he entered TeamA to see what the base looked like. But then he wanted to start a new team and respawn in their starting point.

Is there a command that allow a player in PvP to change team?

Also, what do we need to change to raise the number is automatic save files so we can have like 4--5 hours of backup?

I think you set automatics save in server-settings.json. See the example file in the data directory.
