Error launching the game

I just bought the game about 30 minutes ago however when I run the game there is an error message.

It's strange - it seems that game doesn't have permissions to read it's files.
I'd recommend trying to redownload the game and/or making sure that it's folder has read/write permissions for your user.

My problem is resolved ! :

Malwarebytes and AVAST were disabled but still they were blocking the launch of the game / file.

I have added all the files called factorio.png, factorio-icon.png etc to exclusions in all my security programs (AVAST Premium, Malwarebytes and IObit Malware Fighter) also added the .exe of the game to exclusion in AVAST.

The problem was that even though my software was disabled, they still protected my computer and blocked the launch of the game.
