The map is a quite large one with a lot of rails, maybe 50-100 trains, some with 30 or more stops.
Crashes did not repeat when I loaded up the most recent autosave (every 10 mins) and carried on doing roughly the same thing.

I have followed through the bug report instructions many many times and struggled to find the mod and save files using the methods described. Are the instructions updated for windows 10? I wish I could help more with crash reports.
