Description:
When placing 4 medium poles at maximum range to 1 big power pole (linked to other big power poles), only 3 of the mediums are linked (see image attachment).
If unlink between big poles, you can link the 4th pole but cannot longer link to other big poles.

Notes:
I have reproduced with manual and bot placement.
I discovered this bug around Christmas. [0.16.9] i think.

It used to confuse me too. I'm not sure how I ended up figuring it out, but there is nothing whatsoever explaining it in-game.
