[Rseding91] [0.16.12] Map generator crashes for some seeds

Using the command line to generate a map preview crashes for some seeds. If it does for a certain set of input parameters, it's consistent though.

Example Seed that worked: 2016342275
Example Seed that didn't work: 1399059873

Command Line:

factorio.exe --map-gen-settings C:\temp\settings.json --generate-map-preview C:\temp\factorio.png --map-preview-size 1024

I repeated the map generation process multiple times and most seeds pass.

Thanks for the report however I can't reproduce any crash no matter what seed I use.

I tried the seed you mentioned not working and it worked just fine.

Ok, I figured out what was broken. It had nothing to do with the seed used and would just randomly happen.

It's now fixed for the next version of 0.16.
